C°3 Off-Grid
Situated a one kilometre hike from the main entrance, C°3 offers a complete off-grid experience for adventurous souls. Nestled between a hilltop and beautiful Lac du Castor, this cabin allows you to fully disconnect and slow down.
Its simple design boasts long rectangular windows, a wood stove for cold evenings, small cooking space and an eco-friendly composting toilet inside the cabin. A Jackery power station gives you just enough energy to power a few lights and your phone, and an outdoor fire pit creates the perfect environment to spend long evenings outdoors.
It is important to note that the trail that leads to this cabin is over mountainous terrain. Please be warned that there are some more abrupt uphill sections, so it can take between 25 to 30 minutes to reach this cabin, depending on your fitness level. There are lots of lovely spots to stop and rest along the way. There is no meal basket delivery service to the C˚3 refuge.
